Who Should Apply
First and second year, female-identifying students at UNC-Chapel Hill with an interest in finance are encouraged to apply. All majors and backgrounds are welcome.
What if I have no finance experience?
We don't expect you to have finance experience! Our club's goal is to help students from all backgrounds learn about and navigate the world of finance and finance recruiting. We're looking for members who are genuinely interested, eager to participate, and ready to contribute positively to our community. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are far more important to us than prior experience.
When are applicants notified of decisions?
Applicants will be notified by mid-September. We appreciate you taking the time to learn about our club and apply, and will notify all applicants in a timely manner, regardless of decision.
What if I am not chosen for the mentorship cohort?
We have a limited number of spots to ensure a valuable and personalized experience for our members. However, we still encourage you to connect with us and participate in our open events; programming details will be available on our website and social pages. Our mentors are rooting for your success and would love to chat. Feel free to visit our "meet us" page and reach out. Thank you for your interest in our club and for taking the time to apply!
